Simple and Easy!

Another attractive feature of a Concerts & Conversation program is the adaptability of these concerts to almost any performance space, from a simple school gym to a 2000 seat hall.

Program length:

Depending on the program, varies between 1 hour, 30 minutes to 1 hour, 45 minutes, including a 10 minute intermission.

Venue:

Any auditorium or alternate performance space, in most cases in an enclosed facility. Although amplification isn’t normally needed, either wireless or wired microphones are acceptable where required.

Stage Requirements:

Miminal. If available, lighting that focuses over performance area and front of stage.

Audio or Video Recording:

The presenter may use any video or audio reproduction of the performance made by them or their representatives, in whole or in part, for promotional purposes, funding applications, or public television or radio broadcasts.

Promotional Materials:

If desired, the printed programs, advertising posters, press materials and PSA scripts can be provided at no extra cost. Educational outreach print materials can also be ordered in advance.
